The attentive staff, from reception to poolside attendants, made us feel genuinely welcome every day. The serene pool setting and easy beach access contributed to a relaxing stay, making it a great choice for couples.

A reasonably sized and compact and reasonably priced room with great wifi connection.

Central location, around 10-15 minutes walk from a large museum. Very close to the nearby mall and restaurants, shopping stalls outside the main gates of nusa dua and beach bars.

Stayed here expecting a luxurious experience, but alas, the beach was littered and the 'restaurant' only serves breakfast. I guess i could add that the pool towels were always out. Imagine my surprise not being offered any upgrade or complimentary gesture. My stay definitely does not warrant a good review, but i just couldn't overlook the inconveniences!

The pool was lovely and quiet, but our room had a weird smell.

The kids especially loved the nice pool that kept them entertained as we relaxed. Breakfast offered a range of options, and the staff were attentive to our needs while we dined with my nephew.

My children wanted more activities specifically designed for kids.

The pool was amazing and always clean. We loved hanging out at spots nearby and the peaceful atmosphere was a great way to unwind. Don't miss nearby activities and local eateries.

We experienced a long wait for check-in, a bit frustrating after a long trip.

The staff were genuinely friendly. My room upgrade was unexpected and greatly appreciated, allowing me a lovely view of the pool. Their spa treatment offered an excellent massage that alleviated all my stress, also I particularly enjoyed the beautiful garden view that added...

Amazing pool and friendly atmosphere

I spent 2 nights in a Standard Double or Twin Room and enjoyed my stay. The pool was a highlight, warm and perfect for swimming. The surrounding greenery made it a peaceful oasis. I loved how the staff greeted us with smiles every day and offered a great breakfast selection that catered to various tastes, definitely enhancing my experience. Improvements could be made in the dining options for lunch and dinner to provide more variety.
